Whether it’s a job interview, a performance, a family get together, a date…. even updating our social media profiles. We always have to be on show, whatever we’re doing.

We are visible on one camera or another, for pretty much most of our lives. Especially with CCTV monitoring everywhere. No pressure, just don’t mess up while someone’s filming you!

Awareness is part of the battle of taking it all in your stride. “Open your eyes and you can see what’s standing in front of you.”
